Yup, yup, yup!
I think I have anxiety. I've thought this for a number of years, but now the chest pain that I've been feeling recently kind of has solidified the inkling that I've had.
So, now the question that I face is how to deal with this anxiety?
I've tried meditation and yoga to relax, but it doesn't help. I've tried taking a hot bath, but my tub is so uncomfortable, that's it's really not relaxing. So I need some ideas.
Any ideas would help!! :)
