People smell.

I hate cigarettes. I hate how they make me cough. I hate the smell. I hate everything about them. I hate the people who sell them, and think it's okay. I hate the people who buy them. I hate that teenagers think it's cool.

A guy down in the states has been sentenced to life in prison because he has been arrested four times for possesion of marijuana with intent to sell. How stupid! Marijuana!? I'm not a smoker in any way, shape, or form. I've only smoked it once and hated what it did to me. It sure smells good though! LOL! Anyway, my point? My point is simple - A man gets sent to jail for life for being in possesion of (what I'm assuming is) an all-natural substance; BIG TOBACCO companies are poisoning our bodies every day, giving smokers and second hand smokers cancer, emphysema, COPD, chronic bronchitis, and empty bank accounts. My theory is simple: You smoke, pay for your own health care, specifically if your health problems are related to your tobacco use. Much like a car thief is no longer eligible for benefits if he/she gets hurt in an accident in the stolen car, smokers shouldn't be eligible to have taxpayers pay for their healthcare. Okay, they are taxpayers as well, but there are much more efficient things we could do with that money.

Anyway, did I mention my point?

All-natural substance dealer = life in jail.
Big tobacco poisoner = billionaire.

How fair is that?

Now, I know that the government taxes the shit out of tobacco, and I know they are making it more and more difficult to get, but I just don't understand why it's okay for the big tobacco companies to be poisoning BILLIONS of people, but it's not okay for a dealer to sell pot to 20 people. I don't know if that last stat is right, I don't know any dealers. It just doesn't add up.
