I give up.

I am not longer doing the 30 day music challenge thinger...

You know why?

Because a lot of it is "...by a band you hate" or "a song you hate" and the only band/songs I hate are NICKELBACK!!!  I cannot put anymore Nickelback on my blog.  I just can't.  If I put anymore Nickelback, my blog will be officially NOT COOL.  And I just can't do that.

Anyway, on a more positive note...

CHRISTMAS IS COMING!!!

That's right folks!  The most magical, wonderful time of the year!  I love Christmas!  It's so bright and beautiful and shiny :)  It's the time of year that dreams come true! 

I love baking and decorating for Christmas :)  I love seeing the look in my son's eye when he sees Santa.  I love seeing his face light up when he sees all the gifts under the tree on Christmas Day!  I love Nalysnyky!  I love EVERYTHING about Christmas!  Snow, presents, love, being together, Christmas carols, EVERYTHING!!!!

In nine "sleeps", Santa comes to town!  The Santa Claus Parade :)  I love the Santa Claus Parade, even though it is pretty much just a bunch of fucking advertising...  Like, I really don't care that Lynne Yelich is an MP.  Or that Credit Union is a bank...  And most of these people don't even make Christmas-y floats or anything!  It's just a damn banner that they carry!  At least wear a Santa hat or something...  MY GAWD!

Then...  seven "sleeps" after that, so sixteen "sleeps", I CAN PUT UP MY CHRISTMAS TREE!!!!  Eeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!  That's when all the excitement really beings :D :D :D  That's when I REALLY feel it's almost Christmas.  We got a train to put around our tree this year.  Excited :D  And I, of course, have my village!  I'm hoping to add a couple more houses to it this year. 

Then there is the toy bingo at Andrew's old school, which of course we are going to attend.  We loved it last year, and I think we won three times!  Which was really nice!  Visiting Santa, doing all my wonderful baking, Christmas Eve dinner, Christmas with my family, Christmas with Chris' family, Christmas by ourselves (which I am really looking forward to, we haven't had Christmas alone EVER). 

Needless to say, I am excited for the next 42 days.  So full of adventure!
