Theeeee cutest!

I read an article that said not to talk about your kids in your blog.  But my kid is my world, so I will talk about him, and mention all the cute things that happen in his life.  It's a great way to chronicle milestones in his life!

I went to pick up Andrew at daycare yesterday.  Christina (the daycare lady) says to me, "You'll never guess what happened to Andrew today!"  And I was like, "OK, what?"  She said, "He got kissed by a girl!"

My jaw dropped!  I couldn't believe this!  My little Kindergarten man got kissed by a girl!

So, I said, "Who kissed you?"  He says, "Karsyn."  Karsyn just so happens to be one of my closest friends' niece.  He says, "It was just on the cheek, Mom."

My little man had his first kiss!  Does this qualify as a first kiss?  Probably not.  But in my books it does.

So, we got home, and I looked in his backpack.  There was a flyer for a dance this Friday!  A Halloween dance!  So, him and I decided we should go.

I said, "Are you going to invite your girlfriend, Andrew?"

He says, "Yes.  Problem is, I don't know which one!"

Oh, the life of a five-year-old boy...
